Summerfest Kiddie Parade

We entered our girls along with my friend Heather's two girls into the kiddie parade during Summerfest. I think that Heather and I went overboard on the decorations for the wagon but in the end it was all worth it since we won 1st place. Now I think it will be interesting to see if we can top it next year!! At least we have a whole year to forget about all the stress that it was!

The girls started out in the wagon but that only lasted five minutes and then Brinley decided that she would walk the entire parade. We were dead last in the parade with only the police car behind us. Avery walked some but wanted to be carried, there was no way she was going to ride in the wagon!
When we got home and Grandpa unloaded the wagon they wanted to go for a ride, go figure!!!
